LEAD PASTORJohn Vaught, who serves as lead pastor, has a heart for providing hope by showing God’s grace through the church. Early in his career, John was a principal management consultant. KIDS MINISTRY DIRECTORNancy Vaught helps to create a fun learning environment for the kids on Sunday morning. You can reach Nancy at vaught_family@yahoo.com. Nancy met her husband John in, appropriately, a chemistry class. She has three great kids: Jonathan, who can often be found helping Carl with tech, Autumn, who is her right hand on Sundays and is often helping in the nursery, and Hunter, who helps in nursery, with set-up, tear-down or anything else that is needed. During the week she helps manage the front end of a veterinarian’s office in Wexford.

MIDDLE SCHOOL LEADShayna Willis provides fun and learning for the middle school students with devos, games, and hang times. Shayna is a native Pittsburgher who left the region and found love at George Mason University. Her first love there was Carl Willis and her second was teaching math. Along the way, she and Carl got married and had two beautiful daughters, Sophie and Phoebe. Her interests include improv comedy, reading, writing, and shopping in what little spare time she has.

COMMUNICATIONS & BENEVOLENCE LEADRob Rogers, a recovering lawyer and former journalist, now spends his days in more earthy pursuits, such as cooking, gardening, and training in hand-to-hand combat. He is married to a beautiful woman with many letters after her name, who aspires to raise alpacas. His proudest accomplishment at The Hills is winning the church-wide chili cook-off, but he also works on the church’s educational materials and weekly program, accepts ideas for monthly service projects, and provides financial counseling.
As a former lawyer, Rob recuses himself from admitting that he has a favorite 80s song.
TECH GURUCarl Willis provides technical support with our media on Sunday morning and has been known to help make videos on occasion. He is married to his college sweetheart Shayna Willis and has two daughters Sophie and Phoebe. In his spare time, Carl is learning to play guitar so that he can be like his idol, Scott Russell.
